The Bentley app allows the sales team on the showroom floor to manage all their day-to-day appointments. From the app, users can see their schedule and upcoming meetings with each customer’s unique details, to help them select the right vehicle. Whilst, team managers get a far better understanding of how their teams are performing with key metrics like meetings booked and time tracking.
The team explored several different options before approaching Builder, “We looked at a few off-the-shelf apps but nothing met what we needed in terms of features. When you have the source code, it becomes an asset and not just an expense.”
Sales Manager Ramez Kassem was keen to empower the Bentley team, “We have a three-story showroom so it’s important for our team to have a tool to manage their queue of appointments.”
