Ramez Kassem

Sales Manager at Bentley Emirates

Exceeding customer expectations

The Bentley app allows the sales team on the showroom floor to manage all their day-to-day appointments. From the app, users can see their schedule and upcoming meetings with each customer’s unique details, to help them select the right vehicle. Whilst, team managers get a far better understanding of how their teams are performing with key metrics like meetings booked and time tracking.

An asset, not just an expense

The team explored several different options before approaching Builder, “We looked at a few off-the-shelf apps but nothing met what we needed in terms of features. When you have the source code, it becomes an asset and not just an expense.”

Sales Manager Ramez Kassem was keen to empower the Bentley team, “We have a three-story showroom so it’s important for our team to have a tool to manage their queue of appointments.”

Finding the right tech partner

That’s why Ramez chose to partner with Builder, “the Builder.ai platform gives you complete confidence that the app they're going to deliver is going to a higher calibre. The dashboard, whiteboard, release schedules, timelines, all your meetings - everything is just there. It’s very user friendly, advanced, and responsive.”

Ramez also praised the team behind the platform, “It feels like it’s their project as much as it’s ours. The level of professionalism and how diligent they were with everything was extremely impressive.”
